The machine adopts Japan Omron PLC programmable controller, color touch control terminal (touch screen) and pneumatic components all adopt Taiwan Yadeke brand.

The transfer bracket is made of special custom heavy duty aluminum alloy.

The conveyor belt uses a seamless belt wire timing belt for durability and smoothness.

The external sprayer adopts spray coating and roller coating, both of which are available for users to choose.
