After blanking operation, the lids will be formed in 3 operations: trimming, inside pre-curling and inside curling. The line is composed of an automatic component feeding system, a 80-ton press machine and a 3-station combined toolings. The maximum speed of this line can reach 25-30 pieces per minute.
