High speed lining machine for end making line
The High Speed Lining Machine is suitable for the components with
waterbase or oilbase compound. It's rotary type with 3 to 8
injection guns, the capacity can be from 300~2000/ min, which
suitable for diameter range of sizes 52-153mm aluminum lid or
tinplate lids.
Suitable for sealing compound with solid content greater than
55%.The machine is easy to operation and humanize design.

productivity. Compare with traditional punching system, it fully

press machines or any other satisfactory conversion press to design
various conversion systems for EOE’s production.
Tooling System
We design tab die tooling and lane die tooling, make them in famous
precision die processing center to make sure the quality.
